A Brief Introduction to Tongxiang World Trade Center

        Tongxiang World Trade Center is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta at Hangjiahu Plain in the north of Zhejiang Province. Being close to the 1-hour life circle of the Yangtze River Delta, it enjoys convenient road and rail traffic conditions.
        Phase I project was opened for operation on Nov. 18, 2009. Tourism shopping:
        Since the opening in 2009, Tongxiang World Trade Center was awarded by Zhejiang Tourism Standard Commission as the first 5-star tourism shopping center of Zhejiang in 2010 and was awarded by Tongxiang People’s government with the title of annual excellent enterprise in the service industry in 2010 and 2011. It has received about 150,000 tour buses, 650,000 private cars and more than 10 million Chinese and foreign visitors in total. It has input more than RMB 20 million for marketing promotion through various media. As for marketing, it cooperates with thousands of travel agencies across the country to promote Tongxiang World Trade Center one-day tour, two-day tour and other tourism products. Through the integration and linkage of world trade center shopping tourism and Wuzhen tourism, the overall effect of “one route, multiple yield and comprehensive promotion”.

Cultural promotion:
        Since its opening in 2009, Tongxiang World Trade Center has held many large-scale cultural activities, including “economist high-end forum” participated by economist Lang Xianping, professor Zheng Mingzhi from Zhejiang Merchant Research Institute, “famous CCTV host 60 years and 60 persons peak forum”, “beautiful dream fashion talent- Tongxiang World Trade Center image ambassador trials”, “the 10th China· Tongxiang chrysanthemum festival- “World Trade Center Cup" Tongxiang tourism commodity appraisal meeting", “the 3rd paternity culture festival organized by the city-wide women website”, “Tongxiang World Trade Cup” the 6th Yangtze River Delta young singer grand prix”, “the opening ceremony for the final of the eastern China area of  the 12th new silk road model contest” and others. It has also sponsored the 11th Tongxiang chrysanthemum festival for the whole process, co-organized “special tourism products fair” and others, thus enriching cultural life of Tongxiang citizens and effectively promoting development of various service industries of Tongxiang.
